Why is founding pricing only $39?

RecertHero is brand new and I want early supporters to get a thank-you that’s real. The first 500 paid subscribers lock in $39/year for as long as they keep their subscription. Once those slots fill, standard pricing is $59/year. Founding members never pay more, even when prices go up.

What happens if I don't claim CPE properly?

RecertHero is a search and tracking tool — it’s not affiliated with ISC2, CompTIA, ISACA, or any other certifying body, and the credit estimates we surface are based on provider claims and rules-based logic, not official determinations. You’re responsible for verifying eligibility before claiming any credits. Our role is to make finding qualifying activities easier.

Is browsing really unlimited on Free?

Yes — search, filter, read full opportunity details, see credit estimates. No paywalls, no nag screens, no trial countdown. Free tier limits only kick in when you start saving more than 10 opportunities, and even then your existing saves stay readable.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your settings, no questions asked. If you’re on annual, you keep Pro access until your renewal date, then drop to Free. Your saved opportunities and CE log stay intact — they just become read-only.

Do you offer refunds?

Pro starts with a 14-day free trial. We collect a card up front so the subscription rolls over automatically, but you’re not charged until day 15 — cancel anytime before then and the card is never touched. After that, paid subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime from settings to stop future charges.

What about teams or organizations?

Team plans are on the roadmap for late 2026. If you’re interested in CE tracking for a group of 5+ certified professionals, drop us a note — early team users will get founding-equivalent pricing.

How do you get your data?

We aggregate from public sources — vendor blogs, training catalogs, RSS feeds, official provider pages. We don’t scrape paywalled content, we don’t republish materials. Every listing links back to the original provider, and we re-verify sources daily.
